ODT can be installed
on your server, with us providing the installation and
testing, or you can use it from our server. Whether or
not you have a website, ODT can provide you with an
online pupil management solution.

No, you do not need a website. You can
subscribe to our hosted version, and still have all the
features of the installed version. Website or no website,
ODT remains the same feature packed management system.
The program comes with the ability to add
two instructors. If you require more than two you can
purchase additional seats. There are no limit to the
additional seats you can purchase, and discounts are
available to schools who have greater requirements.

you can purchase additional seats, as stated above. The more
seats you require the lower the pricing for each new seat.

If you purchase the installed version
of the software we install it for you. This ensures that it
is installed and running properly on your server before you
begin using it.
To run the installed version you just
need a server with perl and MySQL installed and the ability
to create a new database on your server. Some web hosts
require you to have them create a new database for you. If
you are unsure please contact your hosting provider and ask
them.
To use the payment features you need to have a PayPal
account. Opening an account with them is free. Just click
the image below.
Once you have a PayPal account you can receive payments from
your students from within the system. You can require an
initial payment from new students before they can access the
ODT system, and send them invoices from within the
administration area which they can then pay when they are
logged in.
The payment features are an important part of our system,
and we strongly recommend that you take advantage of it.
